Of course LOL!

You said that CSS is using #000066, but the image is using #00005b, which is darker

Edit the image and make the background as #000066, or edit the CSS and use #00005b... This should fix it.

No, you numpty! Read the thread, read it. Both the background colour and the image use #000066! In FF it blends fine, but in IE, it shows the image using #00005B! Explain that!

WTF! I downloaded that image using IE, and it converted it as a BMP, not a PNG (and it changed the color to 00005b). I don't know why... change that PNG image into a JPG or BMP. Maybe IE has some errors with PNG files.

IE is so stupid! I'm just fuming that it can't display PNG files accurately!
