I don't know how to explain this but here is an example, go on:

Click Here Don't mind the website I just found it on this forum in another thread and I wondered how they do this.

And on the top right click 'It's my first Time Here' button and a flash object or something like that pops up and shows an image. Anyone knows how to do that please?
