And to think the only webpage design I've done was for free in high school... stupid school owes me my dues for creating pages for the school and district, I'm going to go get those now.

I would be reasonable and charge according to the amount of time I know it would take (I.E. less for more hours of work, more for less hours of work) However when i design websites for other people in the past it was a set amount. For example one time I was given a domain and setup a website on it the deal was I were to finish it in a week being paid 200 dollars.
