Alright guys
I have got this Internet Explorer and Google Firefox question please..
I am wondering why when I look in Internet Explorer it is not the same as in Google Firefox
Please see this website in both http://www.digitalresellersvault.com...ch_txt=&page=2
The thing that is not the same is the border for all of the columns.. For some reason internet explorer doesnt reckonise 2px, but Google firefox does..
How do I get around that please?
Before getting too far into it, what version of IE? Also, be aware that if your CSS doesn't set default values, FF and IE will probably have different values for padding, margins, etc by default.
I can't follow the link... is the URL correct?
Here is the link
Untitled Document
Looking at them with FF 3.5.7 and IE 8.0.6001.18702, I can't see a difference.
Because Internet Explorer sucks balls. Microsoft deliberately made IE incompatible with the W3C standard to force web developers to make web pages that would render correctly in their browser but not in others, as a way of maintaining their monopoly in the browser market.
Also, there is no Google Firefox. There is Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.
Life's too short to be cool. Be a nerd.
