Help with blogger!

Hi everyone! I need a bit of help, and I'm extremely frusterated. I've just registered a new blogger site in order to create a presentation for an upcoming job interview. I have several other blogger sites, and I've never had this problem before, so I'm not sure what the issue is - I've added a left-hand column, which should be coded perfectly, and that's all that I've added to the original minima template. Now I'm trying to add a 940 x 250 image to use instead of the header, but no matter what I do it won't show up. It should be straight forward, but it just simply isn't working. I've even tried other images, in an assortment of sizes, and none of them show up, so I'm having a hard time pin-pointing the problem. Any ideas?

This shoulod fix the problem.

First go to layout>edit HTML and scroll down through the code intel you find some code that looks like this.

<b:section class='header' id='header' maxwidgets='2' showaddelement='no'>
<b:widget id='header1' locked='true' title='test blog for problems (header) '
type='header' />
</b:section

and change showaddelement='yes' then save your changes and you should be able to put up a new header.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I'm really flummoxed. I've never had this problem with blogger before! Any other ideas? Thanks!

So it seems, strangely, to just be that one URL. I've opened up another blogger site, used the same coding, and it works fine. How odd!

That is odd, not sure what your problem was then.
