How can I make website look like :Bahar Ghaderi photo blog (I know that they use Joomla)
Just I want to know more about plugin or mods

Joomla sucks, I'd go with Wordpress or totally custom. Just install it, get the layout, and start adding stuff.

Forget joomla, go with WP.... buy/find some good theme, install a couple addons and you will have a better site than that!

Or code something like that, should be easy with php and a couple java scripts that you can find online.
