Hi everyone
When I did a search earlier for "programmer forum website design" this seemed to be the perfect forum to ask my questions. The title read "Website Design - Forum for discussing flash, graphics, fonts, video and music! Have a question about how to implement something into your website?
... Well, that was until I arrived here and saw the host of sub sections from Ajax, Java, PHP, ASP ... it sounds familiaror at least I've heard of them before lol but it's a bit overwhelming to a non programmer.
We have a guy who is writing a complete website for me around the sudoku game. It is quite comprehensive. In the meantime I've also started a (standalone) fan club on F acebook. The numbers are growing ... and so is their impatience with the launch.
Is it possible to publish a sudoku puzzle (say one a day) on a F acebook page? And if so, how would you go about doing it? Or is the only way to do this via a a F acebook application?
Have you been to Sudoku Slam - free web sudoku online, smart hints, undo, save puzzles, more ? It's pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX.
Can you do it on Facebook? Sure. Would I? No.
Mind to elaborate on how it could be done on Facebook? And perhaps why you wouldn't, please. Thanks
I don't have any interest in Facebook, so wouldn't.
To implement it on Facebook will depend on the Facebook API, whether you can add custom JavaScript to pages, etc, etc, etc. There are a lot of details that I'm not aware of (see first point) that will be factors.
