[help] how to make basic template in web

go to freewebsitetemplates website, they have alot of nice templates, howere wingedpanther is right it depends alot on what to do

I'm confused. Are you wanting to edit or actually make your own or make your own from the template you got?

You wouldn't use much PHP in a template unless you are doing the coding for it. For the design process, I would use Dreamweaver if you don't understand HTML and CSS. If you have the time learn HTML and CSS then create your own from that.

Mahud's Blog has a good tutorial to design one from scratch, but doesn't say anything about PHP, SQL, or Javascript. Just Google Mahud.
