Free Distributive Graphics?

Does anyone know of sites with free greaphics which are fine to include with programs? I use some graphics which are free to sue on one's site, but no clue as far as if they were included with something I sell. I've had a VERY hard time ever finding anyone who was willing to make any for me either, regardless of price, or they aweren't good at it.

It's a lot of tiny graphics. Tiny arros, people, etc.

I'm not sure if those can be distributed or not. It's another example of a site that says "free to download" not "free to distribute". I need some small graphics and have no clue what to do to get them and if I can't get them then apparently only I can use my program as it will not have any graphics with it and thus broken images all over the place. And it's not some program that I know will get me much money either so not worth paying someone big bucks to make them.

Thanks, I'll take a look when I get a chance. Someone showed me two other sites which have icons that can be included with paid software a couple days ago. I wish one particular site allowed it, but of course it's one that only allows it for non-commercial purposes and I like the graphics from there best. And the webmaster ignroes my emails asking what to do to be able to use them. Sigh.
