Is there an add-on for forums for the WYSIWYG Microsoft Editor that is for download somewhere that I could get? Please respond.

Forums are complex, and involve many files and database calls. You cannot just view it in a WYSIWIG.

What do you mean by add-on? If you want a super free forum then download and install phpBB • Creating Communities Worldwide - it requires little coding knowledge.

You could write your own template, then integrate it into the phpBB3 engine. You would need to find out how to include the various bits of pages with special flags like this:

{CONTENT NAME}

... in the HTML.
