Well I dont know if this is the right forum but here is my question:-
What do I need to start my own VoIP service? like skype or so? What do I need?

Wow, that would be hard and would require a lot of money. If you are talking about just connecting two users and sending microphone over that wouldn't be so hard but a complete VoIP solution would be difficult and costly.
