Code: Webcam Motion Detector

This will use your webcam to detect motion, Make the webcam infront of you, then Press start and move it will detect the motion by showing red pixels, set up the motion sensitivity bar and Color sensitivity bar at the bottom to a value of 26 or so and then move, it will take pictures, good for a security camera

i was looking for a code for vb. Actually it would be wonderful if i could find that for Borland delphi. I have searched for days but couldn't find a free way to test motion detection in delphi. So i need to use vb. Anyway thank you so much.
