I like to do a VOIP detector just like yahoo and skype do it, any ideas?

I made one in .net which compared an original image and the current image it was recieving. Only problem is that if the light levels change the whole screen highlights

Plus on a dual core 2.2Ghz processor the program ran at only 10fps! Graphics in visual basic (getpixel) is very very slow

Hey,
I am looking into doing this for my final year at Sixth form at my school.
Well it is going to be moving a webcam up down left right through motors. then its going to have features such as motion detectoring then tracking.
Im definatly going to look at your code, you mind if i learn from it? i obviously wont use it or any part but maybe the theories due to pagorisim (excuse the spelling).
