This is a FULL icon editor! Its a little complicated for beginners but it really works! When I searched for Icon editors the ones I found were all shareware and a little expensive, well and this is a perfect, free, professional, open-source Icon editor. Its a one of! So dont miss it!! If you dont have VB6.0 installed but would like this piece of software request here the EXE file and I will be more than happy to upload the EXE file for you!
