[Request] Numbers Programm!

So I need easy program in which I can enter numbers and one word after this sign "-" (like phone numbers but whit one word after number and "- " sign), for example, 655997 - nameblabla, 425376 - nameblala, 542796 - namablabla : like these but only 6 numbers and word after " - " sign and the program each combination saves in some document or something so when next time opening it automatically shows them in the list in bottom. And another field where I enter some combination of 6 numbers and program searches for the closest ones in the list, am.. and it shows only those numbers whit word which has 4 (at least) right numbers but word does not mean matter, but the numbers can be in the middle, end or in start of combination - so there is no order how they need to be.

No, no pay. :/ I don't have a prototype to because I am 0 at programming.
