Problem read pwd protected Access2K dbase - CR9 & VB6

I'm using Crystal Report 9 to view report in my VB6.

I had no problem at all until I added password to open my Access2K database. I add the password to prevent other people to open my database directly from MS Access.

I've added connection string in the ADODC property for my VB6 form an have no problem to open the password secured database.

The only problem now is to view my crystal report from my report viewer in VB6.

Can anybody help me with this problem? This is getting urgent as my deadline to complete my system is getting nearer.

If you do not get a viable answer soon, how about taking the password off the access file and putting the access db in a folder secured by NTFS permissions (just to yourself) the see how it goes ...?

u can copy the connection string from ur adodc connection string. use it as a adodb connection.
or...change ur connection of CRviewer with offline adodb connection string (batch). hope that use full.
