Bitmap picture in vb6 & ms access - Need help

I managed to load bitmap into picture box in vb6 with this code:

Code:

picPhoto.Picture = LoadPicture("c:\Photo\" & strTemp & ".bmp")

My problem is to get the picture saved into my MS Access database.

I've set the picture box datasource & datafield to connect with my database but it doesnt save the picture into my database with the rest of my text data.

When i put the picture from MS Access, I'll get an error message in VB6 stating unable to bind the object into my picture box.

Can anybody help me on this. Maybe I need some codes to solve them.
