    VB vs VB.Net

    Please clear me wheter VB and VB.Net are the same or different ??
    Is VB better than VB.Net or not. I have learnt VB.Net and seems to be quite easy . Is VB easier to learns then VB.Net ?

    They are two entirely different things. VB.NET is based on the .NET libraries. Anyway as for easier that is a little difficult to determine but i wouldn't use a language because it is easy. In any case i would consider using VB.NET because it is supported unlike VB6 and if you are looking at getting a job then you will notice that majority of the companies are porting from VB6 to VB.NET.

    VB with every day is geting old, and it isn't the thing which company's looking for VB.net is a feature how ever it is to day but in the feature it will be more popular and useful than old vb.
