Visual Basic wont install at all!!

I recently uninstalled Visual Basic 6 on one of my machines because everytime I tried to open a form,it crashed.I tried reinstalling and it just wont install,it wont register the nessesary dll`s during install or finish the installation.Has anyone ever come across this,and if so how to fix it?

I tried Visual Basic 6 enterprise and Visual Basic 6 profesional,and no matter how many times i run setup,they will not install.The same Visual Basic 6 is installed on 2 of my other machines no issues!!

Actually, main problem is for some dll files. It may be messed or crouped. Please check the required dll file is there or not. And then install the CD.
