I wanted to make like downlaoding program when you download something from the internet the program(made in vb) opens and the downlaoding starts and like if the downlaod is like 50% complete then the progress bar will be in like the middle and when it finishes downlaoding the progress bar is at the end, an then message pops up saying Download Finished or something like that.
Can I make this, if i can, can somebody help me plz?

    Please do not triple post.

You could look into developing a Firefox extension (a .xpi file) or perhaps download the files as a standalone program, using System.Net.
