The code should be similar, but you'll need to rewrite it in .NET if you're going to make it work (for instance, the method calls require brackets round the parameters).

I think this application looks very nice, but I wonder if there is anybody who already tried to export this VB6.0 into VB.NET application. Thank you.

I'm sure the Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition IDE can convert the files automatically, no?
