this is madness!!

and wouldn't an IDE like visual studio...do this automatically when you make a program in vista?

why would you download something like that..

It would, but I think the point with the tutorial is how to make a look-alike-vista application on Windows XP, though it doesn't look like Windows Vistas theme(s).
