I've never heard of using s.o.p for System.out.println. Does that work?
Also retern is not keyword of Java, you meant return.
Did you try to run this? Errors?

It means that you don't need to escape the string. Look at this example for the string : "c:\new folder"
"c:\new folder" equals:
Why? Beacuse \n means what the <return> key does
@"c:\new folder" equals:
because of the content of your string will be taken literally

You should specify in which language, but assuming you need the algorithm.
I thing about an array, a loop from end to 1, and you filling the array from both sides, then ask WP how to print it.
