im planning to make a 3d engine headers using DX11
im planning to do it with delphi, but i need your help guys with something to sort my self out.
i want that other ppl including C++ and C# will be able to use it too.
what fornat should i make the DX11 headers? .pas or .dll file? or anything else on your mind?
