How to change the "Start" of Taskbar

Hi friends do you want to change that 'Start' written on your taskbar at bottom-left of desktop?
You can write your name or anything u want in its place!

1. Back up ur "explorer.exe" file located in "*/windows/explorer.exe"!

2. Download This Software:
Click here to download RESOURCE HACKER

After that open it!

3. Now open "explorer.exe", its the back up not the original case...

4. Go to string no. 37 and change "Start" to your own. Also for XP users

Now you have done then restart your computer and then run "COMMAND PROMPT" before windows starts copy backed-up "explorer.exe" to "*/windows/original explorer.exe"
