found regular spamming issues on the linux server.
How to catch the spammers IP ?

Need some suggestions

The fact that the server is linux doesn't tell us anything. Are they interacting with a website, a mail server, something else?

Yes. even every 1 and half hour exim mailque increased and reaching about 1500 to 2000 mails

If you're saying they're using your mail server to send OUT spam, you'll need to check your mail server logs. If you're saying you're RECEIVING the spam from other mail servers, you're pretty much screwed.

Yeah. I just want to find out the IP? 

 

Is there any kind of logs where i can find the IP which causing the spamming issue?

You can try looking at the mail headers...
