Hello all, I hope everyone is doing great.
One of my clients has a company and their staff are using about 10-11 email accounts from their domain. They haven't been able to send emails to "@hotmail.com" or "@outlook.com" adresses for a few months.
I have filled some forms from Microsoft's website but nothing changed. What should I do?
From the error code, Mircrosoft tells me this :
Mail rejected by Outlook.com for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
Here is the error message that they get :
