Can't get simple DLL to workdll
Posted 03 March 2015 - 05:20 PM
I am trying to write and call a simple DLL using Zarko Gajic's article, "Creating and Using DLLs from Delphi". I followed Zarko's directions and at first could not compile due to the VARIANTS in the USES clause. I removed it and the program compiled, both the host program and the DLL; however, it did nothing when I clicked the button (in the example program). I am just now getting into creating DLLs and welcome any help that I can get. Maybe try to use the code that Zarko provides as starters. I've attached my code for your review..

Another question that I have is... can Delphi controls (such as TEdit & TCheckbox) be manipulated from inside a DLL?
