linuxpadawan http://wiki.linuxpadawan.net/AboutUs went live on 1st Dec. Whilst it is for everyone, it will host some programming tutorials, but this site will also be pointed to for people wanting more information on programming as I've been sending people here for years 
If there are any people who are comfortable with IRC help, please do pop over and make your self known. I'm still minded that programming is tutorial based, but the addition of being able to 'chat' to a student when (s)he's having a problem that just needs explaining a different way is a valuable tool.
