If someone can explain to me;
A simple way to my application has the option of choosing the language.
And once again slowed down my application to be the language that was selected last.

It's going to depend a little on what, exactly, you're doing in your app. There are some libraries you can use for localization, where all strings get passed through a translation function, but the function is just doing a string replace based on static strings.


Storing the language setting could be done in an ini file, the registry, or in a database.


The hardest part of localization is getting quality translations of all the text in your application.
