So i'm writing a program in pascal and these errors are coming up:

project1.lpr(38,52) Fatal: Syntax error, ")" expected but "[" found

project1.lpr(41,35) Error: No default property available

Never happened before and its in a part taken from my teachers program:

writeln('Name: ');readln(Aplayer[norecords+1].name);

some help would be very much appriciated!

Without the rest of the code, it's very hard to know what's happening. In particular, how is Aplayer declared?

Yeah i found it eventually, i was using the the Array of records for the Aplayer variable but i needed to be using the array of players within it.

thanks for the reply though!
