Tutorial :

To add some transition while navigating between some pages, you can use the following code :

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Page-Enter" CONTENT="revealTrans(Duration=4.0,Transition=12)"> (effect when entering a page)
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Page-Exit" CONTENT="revealTrans(Duration=4.0,Transition=12)"> (effect when leaving a page)
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Site-Enter" CONTENT="revealTrans(Duration=4.0,Transition=12)"> (effect when entering a site)
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Site-Exit" CONTENT="revealTrans(Duration=4.0,Transition=12)"> (effect when leaving a site)

Add the codes between <head></head>

To change the effect, change the number after Transition (Transition=number)

List of effects:

0 - Box in
1 - Box out
2 - Circle in
3 - Circle out
4 - Wipe up
5 - Wipe down
6 - Wipe right
7 - Wipe left
8 - Vertical blinds
9 - Horizontal blinds
10 - Checkboard across
11 - Checkboard down

First of all you should not call this CSS transitions. Rather it should be called meta tag transition.

Anyways, I wonder how does this work actually?
