Hello, my name is John and I'm 14. I started programming about a month ago and am fairly proficient at html and css. I started jquery a couple days ago and hope to learn several different languages in the future. I hope to learn a lot from this forum and as I get more experienced contribute.

I use codecademy http://www.codecademy.com/ to learn how to code which has been great in my opinion, but if you guys have used any other better websites or really any suggestions to a new coder to learn I am all ears.

As far as other interests I like to build circuit boards and do other electronic projects and have recently completed electronics for dummies and hope to learn how to design circuit boards and eventually become an electronic engineer.

Welcome aborad!

Codecademy is good, I've used too ... But codecademy is not going to teach you everything and everytime, you should use other websites to continue exploring and learning new things. :)

Welcome to the forum! :)

I've used Codecademy a little, I found it was super useful for beginning a language,  but the tutorial quality dropped a lot once intermediate topics were introduced. so, like others said, don't rely solely on it to teach you, use a variety of sources.
