If you wanna go HTML5, you can use the canvas element and draw the image there with javascript. I don't think you can right click and save as on a <canvas>.

The rectangle is a canvas and by right-clicking I can just save the image...
("Afbeelding opslaan als" is Dutch for "save image as")

You can right click and save image, but try it and you will only save a transparent image if you try on my site. Or do you mean if you follow wimDC's instructions? Sorry, long day.
