can html do the time in time out of an employee?and compute the hours he or she spent..? Thanks in advance...

HTML can't compute, since it's not a programming language. You'd need at least a server-side language or Javascript (plus a server-side language if you want to keep a record).

Correct me if i am wrong:

Do you want to control how much time an employee expends in web pages?
if yes, it is better done with the proxy's log.

If you want to control log-in time in the computer, provided the guy has a network use, you can do it with the domain controller logs.

nope sir I just want to know if how can I compute the wages of an employee according to the time that they spent in a half month...

Take us through how you want the script to work. Does the employee clock in on the webpage, then clock out again, and have their pay calculated automatically? If not, how should it work?

This won't be possible in just HTML, but HTML plus JS, PHP and a database may be a possibility.
