Hey,

I created a website whit html, css,.. and i use a database. How can i connect to that database, and how can i get the information into my program? I have a register system on my site, and i want that people can login on the program too..

You need some kind of server side code to retrieve it. You can create some web services and use jQuery Javascript in the front end.

Just as lespauled told you,
if not jquery you can use php, or if you are more familiar with .NET you can connect trough c# and VB.NET as code behind of an apsx page, in that case you have to had website to your project and the wizard will guide through it
