Please don't, neil! :) We had a ddos thread here on CC before and every kid on the Internet decided to run it once against CC while surfing the thread. I had to remove it. :P

I was just reading the part on CDNs and website/general performance in Jeff Atwood's book, his point is that not only should you try to distribute your content geographically, but consistently monitor you site's render time on your servers too. It seemed like a nobrainer to me, but well, he has a point: performance is a feature.

The only experience I have with CF is quite negative, although the owner of the site claimed that the problem was at his end, it didn't seem so.
