Hello... i want to ask php language for my homework. I,ve created two form for system registration that are personal detail and academic detail. So primary key for personal detail is "No. Kad Pengenalan" and will be foreign key for academic detail. So how i want to store "No. Kad Pengenalan" into academic detail. Below is my design so far. Sorry for the incovenience... TQ

What do you mean by wanting to store personal detail into academic detail? Are they the same form on the same page or something else?
Also, can you post your code? We have a policy here that we'll help with your homework but we won't do it for you. If your code is long, please attach it to your post instead of putting it in the body. (Click on More Reply Options and below the text editor there's a section that says "Attach Files.")

So I'm getting the impression that you want to fill all the applicable fields from Personal Detail into Academic Detail when the Academic Detail page is loaded? In that case you're either going to have to store session data (probably cookies) or use some database and dynamically generate the contents of Academic Detail.
sudo rm -rf / && echo $'Sanitize your inputs!'
