Hey guys I'm using Hibernate to store user models in a db, I also found out that you can use jayspt to abstract the encryption of usernames and passwords away from the business logic. Here's a link describing what I mean. However, What happens if I query the database with the real value of the user name and password to check to see if he exists? I have a feeling I wont find anyone even if he exists. Has anyone used these libraries in tandem before and could give me some feedback.
