I think it's to blocky, maybe rounding the corners would make it nicer.

Is it running Drupal? You can turn on clean URLs, since it looks much better.

I like the layout very much, features are easy and straight to the point, the only down in my perspective is that landing page animation is not super quick to load, too much of resolution in the picts maybe ?

Clean URLs can also contribute in Good Rankings, so I also recommend to consider that. Good Luck.

Drupal has a setting to provide urls like www.site.com/news/Article-name
instead of standard www.site.com/?q=news/Article-name
so in practical sense, it's a .htaccess rewrite rule you can turn on or off.
