I'd like to know how i will program the number 2 like if i choose from the number 1 it will post a description there.

For the number 4 how i will program the enter box example if i choose from anumber 1 it will execute the the file name in the folder

For number 3 how i will program it if i click it it will close

Ahm for number 5 is it possible put a video or image example if i choose from number 1 it will play the corresponding video for my selected file.

I am not a porgrammer but i am starting to learn VB ^__^ please help any advise or etc. Will be appreciated...thx

BTW i am using microsoft visual basic 2010

VB is a dying language...But it's always good to see people learning a language...

It's not a dying language, Microsoft still actively develops for it, and there's ton's of people that still use it, even for business apps. C# is just more common.

VB is practically C# now is what I mean...It changed to much in the past years.

Yes they are both similar, for some reason C# is still preferred for professionalism though over VB even though it is fairly much the same language.
