Hello everyone just wanted to introduce myself. I'm very interested in learning how to program and decided it was time to do something about it. I have dabbled a bit with C++ just some basic things nothing too crazy. Still have a lot to learn and was wondering if I should continue to pursue learning C++ or try python and see if it's easier for me. Thanks for your advice and responses!

Welcome aboard! You can go either way. Both are useful languages with different strengths and weaknesses. I found learning C++ a great foundation for learning other languages, but you can do a LOT of neat things in python much more quickly.
Programming is a branch of mathematics.
