[.Net/HTML/PHP/CSS] Available for hire [Building a portfolio]

I'm currently available for hire in the following languages:

.Net (Mainly VB) - 4 Years experience
HTML - 2 years experience (With genuine CS5 Dreamweaver)
PHP - 2 years basic experience (With quite a decent amount of knowledge)
CSS - Knowledge of CSS including the latest CSS 3 features

I'm available for a cheap price, as I'm looking to build a portfolio up. I've worked on lots of projects in the past mainly in .Net, such as :

Multi-user chat client (Similar to MSN, Skype..)
Remote Administration Program (Allows connection to another computer with webcam streaming, desktop streaming, file-system viewer.. and more)
Image editing software (Includes filters and lots of effects)
A Travian bot (Not using a web-browser control) - Gathers users information and plays the game for them
And a few other small projects...

I'm willing to work for a small fee, as I'm in need of money at the present time and also would like to build a portfolio.
I'll be able to access my computer around 4 hours a day, meaning the output time will be quite quick (Though I will make sure to do a thorough job).
