C++ to GAMS / AMPL

Hi guys,

As part of my systems engineering project, I need to optimize a mixed integer non-linear constrained problem. I have the C code for my base case, now I need it translated to GAMS or AMPL so that I can use the online NEOS solver to solve it...

Anyone has a clue on how to do it? The tutorials online deal with way too simple problems. Willing to pay!~
