Hello dear friends!

My supervisor said I must install an LDAP to server computer.
Our server is Windows Server 2003.
He said I do not need an active directory.
He needs a LDAP server, authentication, etc..

But I have no idea how to start, how to create it, how to install LDAP.
I searched google, could not find exact information about LDAP.

So, can you help me? Can you advise me? What should I do first?
Is it a programm? Does it have interface?
