Hello and good day every one who may see this, I am in need of a code in visual basic that creates a Random Number Generator, and that I can run an audio file through. I need this tool for my studio, I am a musician as well as a beginner in programming. I would simply make this on my own, but it is far beyond my level of skill.

sooo... to get it right:

You want us to give to give you a code that has a random number generator, and can play music? Why don't you start by actually learning to program, rather than asking for code- You can't learn by somebody doing it for you. I also very much doubt that you are asking to create this program because you are a musician, as it sounds more like a school project.

it isnt a school project, im leaning myself, and i can neither find the correct commands nor correct tools to generate random numbers to scramble input if you just give me those parts i should be able to do the rest, i have an idea for the input, perhaps i could run through my mic input (i could plug my bass right in) and i dont want it to play music, just distort the input, thank you.
