The menu is visible only with firefox or opera and IE, but as for web-kit(chrome,safari) it's absolutely hidden, I want that a part of menu was a lit bit minus top, but in web-kit browsers it's ... (very bad), better to watch on it [ATTACH]4509[/ATTACH]

Remove the div.jmenu height parameter:
div.jmenu{
height: 3%;
}
