Hello Everyone,
I found out about this forum right now, saw the posts and thought of registering right away... Now, done with the intro i'll present to you my "problem"
I need to build a new software which is p2p and b2b based as far as i'm concerned, i have this perfect project to apply here where i live, in Albania but i'm newbie in programming, i don't care if it'll take me 1-2-3 years but i need to make it work...
I need to create a software in which people create an account, with credit card or paypal integrated, and everyone places their bid or asks to buy money, for example needs to buy dollars with euro...
What do i need? I mean in which programming language to build it.. Please help me with some steps and i'll figure out how to finish it...

Hi.. can you through some light on details regarding this project, what exactly is the requirement?? what will be the normal process flow to happen.. we can give solution may be in Java or .net
