anyone can help me write a full coding for windows phone 7? my question is like that..i got a raw file..so i wan convert it to bitmap then load it frame by frame on windows phone...so please help me...thanks...

1)the format is raw..
2)interface only..the bitmap class all i did all cannot use..
3)because my supervisor give me the raw file..so i have to change it to bitmap then load frame by frame to show it like a video
