Do you guys have any tips on where you can learn all about programming? I have been reading some books and checking out a lot of tutorials on youtube so far.

I would recomend picking a language you are intrested in, Buy / borrow a book and just learn. Learning all about programming is nothing you can do over night. It takes much time.

Maybe you could pick a language that you feel intresting and start a new thread in the forum for that language instead of i start helping you here in another persons introduction thread. :)

First pick a language. You will learn a lot in your first language that can be applied to other languages, but you really need to pick one. Which you pick will depend on your interests, operating system, etc. Learn it until you can do most everything you can think of, then learn another one. Your first few languages will probably be fairly similar (C++, Java, C#, VB, Delphi, etc) but have minor differences that will help you broaden your thinking. Later, you will start discovering "weird" languages like Lisp and Haskell that will REALLY stretch your thinking, but will be helpful overall.
